We teamed up with Alpro to level up your breakfast! This crunchy and indulgent granola will start your day the right way, with a perfect blend of salty and sweet.


Before you start

Preheat the oven to 140ÂșC, fan setting | Line a large baking tray with baking paper | Large mixing bowl | Jar for storage


  • 400g jumbo oats
  • 100g golden caster sugar
  • 100g salted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
  • 100ml sunflower oil
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 50g raisins (or any dried fruit of your choice)
  • 30g cacao nibs (or vegan dark chocolate swirls)
  • 1 carton Alpro This Is Not M*lk


  1. 1.

    Make the granola | In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sugar and chopped salted peanuts | Once mixed, add the peanut butter and add the oil and maple syrup | Mix everything really well until all of the oats are coated

    Bake the granola | Spread the mixture out over the lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes | After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and give it a good mix to ensure all sides of the oats will turn golden. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes | Repeat the last step (60 minutes total baking time) | Once cooked, remove from the oven and mix through the raisins and cacao

    Serve and enjoy | Pour your granola into a bowl and top with your Alpro This Is Not M*lk (how much milk is up to you!) | Store your remaining granola in a jar for up to two weeks
