- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- Vegetable oil (hot - for frying)
- 2 cups dark chocolate
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- Powdered sugar
Put 4 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl & mash them.
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix them all together with a wooden spoon.
Spoon table tennis ball sized amounts of mixture into the hot oil & cook them until they’re golden brown & puffy.
Take them out of the oil & put them on kitchen towels so the excess oil runs off them.
Boil some water in a pan, put a bowl on top of the water that’s in the pan (so the bottom of the bowl ISN’T touching the water) & add the chocolate.
Wait until the chocolate has melted & then stir in the coconut milk.
Pour the chocolate sauce all over the fritteroles & enjoy immediately! BOSH!
