Pineapple Jägerbomb

  • 1 Pineapple
  • Lime
  • Jägermeister
  • Red Bull

Watermelon Jagerbomb Train:

  • 4 Watermelons
  • 3 Melons
  • Fruit Ice
  • Frozen Fruit
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • 2 bottles Jager
  • 6 cans Red Bull

Golden Pineapple Daiquiris

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 450g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Cups Ice Cubes
  • 85 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 6 Lemons (Juice)
  • 2 Limes (Juice)
  • 6 128ml Shot White Rum
  • 1 128ml Shot Dark Rum
  • Edible Gold Spray Paint

Proseccomelon Punch

  • 1 Watermelon
  • 1 Lime
  • Small bunch mint
  • Prosecco
  • White Rum
  • Ice


  1. 1.

    For the Pineapple Jägerbomb:

    Chop the top off the Pineapple & hollow it out with a knife (be careful not to pierce the sides of the Pineapple... or your skin!). Blend the pineapple flesh in a food processor. Pour 2/3's of the juice back into the Pineapple then pour the Red Bull into the Pineapple. Chop the lime in half & hollow it out (this is a bit fiddly, but you'll nail it). Put the hollowed lime in the top of the pineapple and fill it with Jägermeister

    For the Proseccomelon Punch:

    Hollow out the melon, blend the flesh, sieve the juice back into the shell and add the lime, mint, rum & prosecco!

    For the Watermelon Jägerbomb Train:

    Cut open 3 watermelons, ccoop out the flesh into a blender. Cut open the 3 melons, scoop out the flesh and blend it. Pour the juice into the watermelon and add a can of Red Bull to each one. Stack up the watermelons and melons as shot glasses, fill the small melons with Jagermeister. Put in the frozen fruit & ice, then tip the melons into the watermelons!

    For the Golden Pineapple Daiquiris:

    Take a very sharp knife & slice off the top of the Pineapple (approx 3 cm from leaves). Carefully insert the knife into the flesh at the top of the Pineapple 1 inch from the edge & carefully cut round. Cut the middle section into wedges (be very careful not to pierce the skin of the Pineapple). Take a metal spoon & stick it down the edges of the flesh & carefully pull the wedges out & put to one side (this can be a bit fiddly to begin with). Once the innards have been removed, clean up the insides with a spoon so they're smooth. Take the Pineapple wedges you've just removed & put them in the freezer. nTake the hollowed Pineapple outside, put it on some newspaper & spray it with the golden edible spray paint, bring it back inside & allow it to dry. Put the frozen Pineapple, ice cubes, rums, sugar syrup, lemon juice & lime juice in the blender & blast them until they're smooth & reasonably frothy. Pour the liquid into the Golden Pineapple, pop in a straw & drink!
