Our delicious homemade muesli recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast that sets you up just right for the day.

We love this dairy free breakfast recipe as it's so easy to put together and has loads of healthy fats and slow releasing carbs. You can plate this up as we do in the video, or take it to go in a sealable container. You can even top your porridge with it. A great choice for a healthy breakfast!

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 50g macadamia nuts
  • 50g flaked almonds
  • 50g pecans nuts
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 25g unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 50g dried apricots
  • 40g dried cherries
  • 50g medjool dates
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt

To serve

  • 75ml of fortified plant based milk
  • 1 apple
  • 60g Mixed berries


  • 2 baking trays lined with parchment paper
  • Airtight container
  • Large mixing bowl


  1. 1.

    Preheat oven to 180

  2. 2.

    Roughly chop the nuts and spread the oats, nuts, seeds and coconut flakes over the baking trays. Put the trays in the pre-heated oven and bake for 5 minutes.

    Take the trays out of the oven and leave to cool to room temperature.

  4. 4.

    Cut the dried apricots, medjool dates and cherries into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together to combine.

    Tip the muesli into an airtight container and store until you’re ready to serve.

  6. 6.

    To serve, add 30g of the muesli to a bowl, top with fortified plant-based milk, a roughly chopped apple and mixed berries. Enjoy!
