The guys from Lemonaid came into our studio with a bottle of their passionfruit lemonade, so naturally we made a cake with it :) It was really gooey and delicious and definitely worth a try!

  • 1.5 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup dairy free butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. 1.

    Put all the cake ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed. We used Passionfruit Lemonaid, but you can use any lemonade you fancy.

    Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180℃ (350℉)

  3. 3.

    Meanwhile, make the icing by blending the ingredients together.

  4. 4.

    Once the cake is cooled, ice it and serve. BOSH!
