Passionfruit Lemonaid Cake
The guys from Lemonaid came into our studio with a bottle of their passionfruit lemonade, so naturally we made a cake with it :)
If you're looking for a vegan cake to bake today would like something with a little more fruity...we could not recommend anything better! It really is gooey and delicious and definitely worth a try!

- 1.5 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup dairy free butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Put all the cake ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed. We used Passionfruit Lemonaid, but you can use any lemonade you fancy.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes at 180℃ (350℉)
Meanwhile, make the icing by blending the ingredients together.
Once the cake is cooled, ice it and serve. BOSH!
