Peanut butter and chocolate is a winning combination - but have you ever thought about baking them into a cake? WE HAVE!
These cupcakes are the perfect fix for your sweet tooth. A SUPER DUPER tasty vegan cupcake recipe with a twist. This is an excellent dairy free cake, easy vegan baking and also- a great cake recipe for kids!

- 1.5 cups plain flour
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Decoration
- Dark chocolate
- Mixed nuts
Method

Combine all the cake ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into cupcake cases and bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 25 minutes.

For the icing, mix the peanut butter, almond milk and icing sugar together and scoop into a piping bag. Pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.

Decorate with dark chocolate shavings and chopped mixed nuts.
