This freakshake will definitely bring all the boys (and everyone else!) to the yard.

Rich, indulgent and tasty, this salted caramel and banana smoothie is sure to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. A great choice for a vegan smoothie or dairy free milkshake recipe... DELISH!


Before you start

High-powered blender | Frozen bananas


For blending

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 200ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

For topping

  • Dairy-free whipped cream
  • Pinch of cacao nibs
  • Chocolate sauce


  1. 1.

    Make the smoothie • Blend all blending ingredients until smooth and creamy

    Finish and serve • Line a glass with chocolate sauce | Serve the shake topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cacao nibs
