Coffee Hummus

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 shots coffee

Matcha Hummus

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch salt

  • Blender

Method

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz them up into a thick paste.
