Watermelon Salad Bowl

Delicious and super healthy vegan desert recipe, this is GREAT choice!
Fresh, light and packed full of nutrients, who doesn't love a fruit salad?
We have collected our favourites fruits and a lovely sweet syrup to drizzle on top to make it EVEN MORE scrumptious! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 large watermelon
- Blueberries
- Kiwis
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Mango
Dressing
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Juice of 2 limes
Method

Carefully cut the watermelon in half and use a melon baller or ice cream scoop to take out the flesh.

Once one of the watermelon halves is empty, use it as your fruit bowl! Add the melon balls, and a generous handful of each fruit.

Mix the maple syrup and lime juice together and pour over the fruit.

Put the other watermelon half on your salad bowl to use as a lid and gently shake, this will mix the fruit and combine the dressing.

Take the lid off and serve. BOSH!
