Take your roast dinner to the next level with this magnificent mash potato recipe.

You know that here at BOSH! we don't do 'basic'. We love to spruce things to to make the a little 'extra' so this is a great way of making your mash potato more special.

This is a great to be eaten as part of a veggie dinner, perhaps as a vegan bangers and mash recipe, a big slap up roast... the possibilities are endless. Delicious and easy vegan side dish to try.



  • 2 kg red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp dairy free butter
  • 1/3 cup egg free mayo
  • 1/2 cup oat cream
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  1. 1.

    1 Peel all the potatoes, chop them into smaller pieces put them in boiling water

  2. 2.

    2 Take them out of the water after 17 minutes & drain them

  3. 3.

    3 Put them back in the pan & mash them to your desired consistency

  4. 4.

    4 Put all the ingredients for flavouring in the pan & stir them all round

  5. 5.

    5 Serve with all the trimmings
