No, our current range is not gluten-free or coeliac friendly. However, we are always developing new recipes and exploring allergen-friendly options for future launches.

Not at all! Our development team has carefully crafted the recipes to be delicious and fresh without adding preservatives.

Our new range focuses on big flavour, plant-based goodness, and nutritional balance, but not necessarily on being “low calorie.” Always check the nutritional info on the packaging for details.

Our products are microwave only at the moment, as the current packaging isn’t suitable for use in an oven. We’re reviewing alternative cooking instructions so everyone, even those without a microwave, can enjoy our delicious food.

Our pizzas are approximately 9 inches in diameter, ideal for one hungry BOSH! fan or for sharing with a side.

Some of our cakes contain natural sweeteners for balance, but no artificial sweeteners are used. Always check the packaging for full ingredient info.

All BOSH! packaging is designed with sustainability in mind. Most of our trays and sleeves are widely recyclable, though not every element is currently recyclable. We’re continually working with our suppliers to improve this and make every part as eco-friendly as possible. Please check your packaging for specific recycling details.
