If you have any bananas in your fruit bowl that are overripe, this is the recipe for you. These mousse pots are rich, decadent and taste expensive. If you are hosting a dinner party and want to wow your buddies, give them a whirl! If you like it sweeter, add a little more maple syrup. It's important to allow time to chill the mousse before eating, so it has time to thicken.
