Banana Custard Pancakes
A couple of weeks ago our friends over at Oatly sent us a box of products to play around with. We decided to make Banana Pancakes with the custard & we’re really pleased we did. They turned out perfectly & were totally delicious. You should definitely keep your eyes peeled for Oatly’s lush new custard & make these pancakes at home!
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch salt
- 2 bananas
- 1 carton Oatly custard
- Maple Syrup
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until you have a well mixed, thickish batter.
Scoop out a large tablespoon of the batter and pour it into a hot pan, which has about a teaspoon of heated coconut oil on it.
Allow to cook for a minute or two until it begins to bubble, then carefully flip onto the other side and cook for a further few minutes.
Repeat with the rest of the mix until you have a stack of pancakes.
Pour over some maple syrup and fruit to serve. BOSH!
