Who doesn't want to drink a healthy vegan chocolate milkshake for breakfast? This one's choc-full of protein and will give you a great boost for the day ahead! This recipe was featured in our first cookbook - BOSH! but we thought it was high time it made an appearance here on our website!

Shake

  • 2 bananas
  • 70g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder (we use FORM)
  • 400ml plant based milk
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Extras (optional)

  • Vegan squirty cream
  • Cacao for dusting
  • Dried Banana slices

Method

  1. 1.

    Put all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth | Pour into a glass, decorate with extras (optional) and serve immediately.
