- 4 tortillas, cut into triangles
- 3 tbsp dairy free butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 block dairy free cheese
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Fresh basil
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
Cut your tortillas into triangle shapes to replicate nachos.
Add the melted dairy free butter, garlic powder, Italian herbs and chilli flakes to a large mixing bowl. Mix together before adding the cut up tortillas. Mix well so each nacho is well covered.
Add the nachos to a baking tray and grill for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the cooked nachos to an oven friendly pan, spreading them evenly. Add your pizza sauce, vegan cheese and toppings. You can use the toppings we did or create your own! Put back in the oven to grill for 10 minutes or until the vegan cheese has melted.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
