Pizza Nachos

You love pizza. You love nachos.
So why not do yourself a favour and combine the two for the ultimate movie night vegan snack of joy!
Seems rude not to. Get creative with different toppings, the sky’s the limit.
This is a seriously delicious and easy vegan snack, which would also be a great vegan finger food idea for your next party!
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas, cut into triangles
- 3 tbsp dairy free butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 block dairy free cheese
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Olives
- Fresh basil
Equipment
- Large mixing bowl
- Baking tray
- Oven-friendly pan
Method

Preheat the oven to 200℃.

Cut your tortillas into triangle shapes to replicate nachos.

Add the melted dairy-free butter, garlic powder, Italian herbs and chilli flakes to a large mixing bowl. Mix together before adding the cut up tortillas. Mix well so each nacho is well covered.

Add the nachos to a baking tray and grill for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the cooked nachos to an oven friendly pan, spreading them evenly. Add your pizza sauce, vegan cheese and toppings. You can use our suggested toppings or create your own. Put back in the oven to grill for 10 minutes or until the vegan cheese has melted.

Serve immediately.
