When we went to L.A. we took a trip to Mexico, courtesy of Gracias Madre. This restaurant is world famous and serves up artfully plated and wonderful-tasting Mexican dishes. Imagine the finest guacamole, combined with gorgeous empanadas and charcoal-griddled tofu with salsa verde. Unbelievably tasty and everything is 100% plant-based.
Their cocktails are also next level, and luckily we got to sample many of their delicious drinks too. If you love mexican food, vegan food, or in fact any food, then you MUST try Gracias Madre.
The really cool thing about this place is just how chilled out they are about the whole vegan thing. Gracias Madre is a cool spot to hang out at whether you are vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or a mindful meat-eater. The food is incredible by any standard.
