We love a smoothie we do. To prove our total fondness of super duper healthy smoothies, here's a video of not one but TWO smoothies that you can drink for breakfast, after the gym (or home work outs, these days) or whenever you want a tasty healthy boost-up!

These are super healthy vegan smoothie recipes that are packed full of goodness plus incredibly tasty! We think they make great breakfast smoothies too!

Berry Boost Smoothie

  • 300g frozen berries
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g unflavoured or vanilla vegan protein powder, optional
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed, optional
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, optional
  • 300ml unsweetened plant-based milk

Banana, Oat & Nut Smoothie

  • 2 small bananas
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g unflavoured banana or vanilla vegan protein powder, optional
  • 2 tbsp smooth nut butter
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • small pinch of salt
  • 500ml unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, optional

Method

    Berry Blast Smoothie

    POWER BLENDER


    Put all the ingredients in the blender | Put the lid on and blend until very smooth (loosen with a little water or extra milk if needed) | Pour into glasses and serve immediately


    Banana, Oat & Nut Smoothie

    Peel the bananas and put them in the blender with all the remaining ingredients | Put the lid on and blend until smooth (loosen with a little water if needed) | Pour into glasses and serve immediately
